With Paperless Billing, you’ll receive a monthly email letting you know your electric bill is available to view in SmartHub, our free online account management tool. (The email will also contain a link to current Coastlines content!)

Making the switch to paperless is easy!

If you already have a SmartHub account:

  • Log in, and you’ll receive an ‘Activate Paperless Billing’ prompt.
  • Move the slider to the right on mobile devices, or select ‘yes’ from a desktop computer.
  • Select save, and you’re done!

If you don’t have a SmartHub account:

  • Register for SmartHub using your billing account number and email address.
  • Once in SmartHub, follow the steps above to sign up for Paperless Billing.
