Low-Income Energy Assistance

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) provides funds to local community agencies that provide bill payment assistance programs. These programs assist low-income households to make their energy costs more affordable. Payments are made to Central Lincoln on the customer’s behalf. Individuals who are homebound (physically infirm) can request alternative application methods; including but not limited to phone, mail, and/or home visits.

Central Lincoln customers seeking assistance with their electricity bills should contact their local Energy Assistance Provider.
