To start or stop electric service, please call us at (877) 265-3211 during regular office hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Service address or meter number
  • Full legal name or business entity name
  • Identification information (date of birth, Social Security number, or tax identification number)
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • The date you would like service to start or stop

Need to start service after regular office hours?

Call (877) 265-3211 and:

  1. Press 2 to report an outage
  2. Press 3 to speak with our after-hours service

Let them know you need to start service. Please note that after-hours fees may apply.
