Budget billing is a payment option that allows you to pay a fixed amount each month based on an average of your previous 12 months of energy use. This plan offers stability by smoothing out the seasonal highs and lows in your energy costs, making it easier to manage your household budget.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for budget billing, you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 12 months of connected residential service at the location.
- Account balance must be paid to zero before signing up.
- Good payment history for the past 12 months.
- *Late payments may result in removal from the program.
Enrollment Period:
Budget billing sign-ups are open once a year, from April 1 through June 30. Each April, your account will be reviewed to see if you have used more or less energy than your 12-month estimate, and any difference will be calculated into your new monthly payment amount for the upcoming year.
