Budget Billing is a program that levels out the seasonal highs and lows of energy use, providing you with a predictable monthly electric bill.
With Budget Billing, you will pay the same amount each month. The amount you pay is based on your previous 12 months of electricity use. Each April, we review your account to see if you have paid more or less than your 12-month estimate. Any difference will be calculated into your new monthly amount for the upcoming year.
To qualify for Budget Billing, you must:
• be a residential customer
• have lived at the same address for at least one year
• have a good payment history
• have a current balance of $0
