Project Care is a program supported by contributions from customers. All funds go to local service agencies that assist Central Lincoln customers with their electric bills.

The Oregon Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded assistance program designed to help utility customers with their electric bills. A household must meet certain income guidelines to qualify.
