We know customers want easy bill payment options that fit their lifestyles. We strive to provide that by offering various payment options, programs, and services.

Payment Options

SmartHub is a free online account management tool that is easy to use and allows you to take control of your electric account from your computer or mobile device. Registration is required but easy to do.

With SmartHub, you can:

  • View and pay your bill
  • View past bills
  • Monitor your electricity use
  • Compare your electricity use from month-to-month or year-to-year
  • View graphs showing how the weather affects your electricity use
  • Receive important news and notifications
  • Report power outages and/or issues
  • And so much more!

Pay Now is a quick and easy way to pay your bill online using your account number and the last name or business name on your account. No registration is required.

Pay by Phone allows you to pay your bill using our secure, automated phone system. With your account number in hand, call (877) 265-3211 and select option 1.

Pay at a local Retail Store. Using the barcode on your bill or in your SmartHub account, pay your bill with cash at participating retail locations like Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Dollar General, Rite Aid, and more.

Drop Boxes are available for drop-off payments (please no cash) 24/7 outside our Florence, Newport, and Reedsport offices. There is also a drop box located outside Waldport City Hall.

Payment Programs and Services

Paperless Billing saves resources while cutting down on messy paper clutter. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your monthly bill is available to view in SmartHub.

Prepaid is a program that allows you to purchase electricity before using it—like filling your gas tank. Prepaying can help you be more energy conscious and reduce your energy consumption, which means lower bills! And you can pay what you want, anytime, anywhere, for on-the-go convenience. Some of the benefits of Prepaid are:

  • No deposits
  • No late fees
  • No due dates

AutoPay is our automatic bill payment system. With AutoPay, you can pay your monthly bill with a credit card, debit card, or bank account. We’ll mail or email your bill monthly, then charge or deduct the funds 20 days later.

Budget Billing is a program that levels out the seasonal highs and lows of energy use, providing you with a predictable monthly electric bill. You’ll pay the same amount each month, based on your previous 12 months of electricity use. Each April, your account will be reviewed to see if you have paid more or less than your 12-month estimate, and any difference will be calculated into your new monthly amount for the upcoming year. Budget billing sign-ups happen only once a year, between April 1 and June 30.
