Central Lincoln customers who heat their home with electricity (baseboard, wall heaters, electric furnace, heat pump) may qualify for rebates if they upgrade their windows, exterior doors, or insulation levels. Energy Star Replacement Windows & Doors

Windows:

Site-built or manufactured homes
- U-factor of 0.30 or lower: $6 per sq ft
Multi-family homes, low-rise
- U-factor of 0.23 to 0.30: $12 per sq ft
- U-factor of 0.22 or lower: $16 per sq ft
Multi-family homes, high-rise
- U-factor of 0.30 or lower: $6 per sq ft

Patio Doors

Site-built or manufactured homes
- U-factor 0.35 or lower: $6 per square foot
Multi-family homes, low-rise
- U-factor 0.31 to 0.35: $12 per square foot
- U-factor 0.30 or lower: $16 per square foot
Multi-family homes, high-rise

Attic – R-11 or R-19 to a minimum of R-38: $0.75 per sq ft
Under Floor – Less than R-11 to a minimum of R-19 (or fill cavity): $0.75 per sq ft
Under Floor – Less than R-11 to a minimum of R-25 (or fill cavity): $0.90 per sq ft
Under Floor – Less than R-11 to a minimum of R-30 (or fill cavity): $0.90 per sq ft
Wall – R-0 to a minimum of R-11 (closed cavity) or a minimum of R-15 (open cavity): $2.00 per sq ft

NEEM Certified Energy Star Manufactured Homes

Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) Energy Star-certified homes are designed and built to deliver energy efficiency savings of up to 30% when compared to typical new homes. A new manufactured home that has earned this label has undergone a process of inspections, testing, and verification to meet strict requirements set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
