Community EV Partnership Program
Central Lincoln’s Community EV Partnership Program helps non-residential electric customers offset the cost of installing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure through a cost-sharing reimbursement program.
Approved applicants may receive reimbursement for up to 75% of eligible project costs, with a maximum award of $20,000 per project. Applications will be accepted while funding remains available.

Who Can Apply?
You may be eligible if you are a non-residential electric customer with a project located within Central Lincoln’s service area. This may include:
- Businesses
- Nonprofit organizations
- Local governments
- School districts
- Tribal governments
- Other non-residential organizations
What Projects Qualify?
Funding is available for EV charging infrastructure supporting:
- Fleet vehicles
- Employee vehicles
- Public or customer use
How Much Funding Is Available?
Central Lincoln will reimburse up to 75% of eligible project costs, not to exceed $20,000 per project. Applicants are responsible for contributing at least 25% of the total project cost.
Example: If a project costs $20,000, Central Lincoln may reimburse up to $15,000, and the applicant would contribute at least $5,000.
Funding is provided after project completion and verification.
Where Does the Funding Come From?
Central Lincoln receives clean fuel credits from the State of Oregon, and revenue generated from those credits supports transportation electrification projects. Through the Community EV Partnership Program, Central Lincoln is using a portion of this funding to help offset the cost of installing EV charging infrastructure.
How Does the Program Work?
Plan Your Project
Determine your charging needs, project location, estimated costs, and contractor.
Submit an Application
Complete and submit the application with the requested project information.
Application Review
Central Lincoln will review your application and notify you of the funding decision.
Complete Your Project
Complete the project and obtain any required permits or inspections.
Request Reimbursement
Submit invoices, proof of payment, and other required documentation. Reimbursement will be issued after the project has been verified.
Important Information
- Projects must be completed between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027.
- Funding is limited.
- Line extensions are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Central Lincoln does not provide project design or contractor recommendations.
- Applicants are responsible for obtaining any required permits and inspections.
