How to Read Your Bill

Information on side 1 of your bill

  1. Amount Due Circle: The Total Amount Due or Budget Amount Due for the current billing period, along with the due date will print in the circle. Red indicates a past due balance.
  2. Your Account Summary: All account activity since your previous billing, including any payments received and balance forward will be listed. Charges that make up the total due for the current billing period are also detailed in the Current Charges section.
  3. Your Energy Snapshot: A 13-month graph allows for quick comparison of your monthly energy usage. Average daily usage is also calculated. More tools are available on the SmartHub app.
  4. Payment Stub: Reflects your total amount due and due date. If you are mailing in your payment, please detach this stub and enclose with your payment.

  1. Monthly Service Detail: Detailed information about your account such as meter number and readings, number of days in the billing cycle, service dates, and energy used.
  2. Message Center: Important information about your account, such as available programs, useful tips and upcoming events.
  3. SmartHub App: Download the SmartHub app and take control of your account. Track your usage, make a payment, and more!
  4. Payment Options: CLPUD offers convenient ways to pay your bill. Cash payments accepted at local retailers.
