Paperless Billing

Paperless billing saves resources while cutting down on messy paper clutter. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your monthly bill is available to view in SmartHub, our free online account management tool.

Going paperless is easy.

If you have a SmartHub account:

  1. Log in to your SmartHub account
  2. You’ll be greeted with an ‘Activate Paperless Billing’ prompt.  Just move the slider to the right on mobile devices, or select ‘yes’ from a desktop computer.
  3. Hit ‘save’ and you’re done!

If you do not have a SmartHub account, signing up is quick and easy. All you need is your billing account number and a valid email address. Register as a new SmartHub user, then follow the simple steps above to sign up for Paperless Billing.
