Contractor to furnish labor and equipment to mow and clear brush in areas along approximately 1.7 miles of access roads and 37 Central Lincoln power line structures.
To obtain a copy of the bid form, and project specifications, contractors or their representatives MUST attend a mandatory project pre-bid meeting. Bid packages will not be mailed, prior to, or after the project pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be the only time a contractor is able to obtain the complete bid package and meet with the project manager at the job site prior to award.

Note: No bid documents, or specifications, will be submitted to any plan centers.
In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people’s utility districts.
Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120.
The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.

Formal sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of Central Lincoln People’s Utility District at P.O. Box 1126, Newport, Oregon 97365 until 2:00 p.m. on the 21st day of October, 2020 and not thereafter.
