Thanks to several factors, Central Lincoln’s power rates will not increase this year, the second year in a row for a rate freeze. Our rates will stay the same through June of 2022.
“Knowing we have customers who are struggling financially, some due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we encouraged staff to trim where they could,” says Paul Davies, President of Central Lincoln’s Board of Directors. “The Bonneville Power Administration cut its rates a bit, and we were able to pass that savings along to our customers. We also had delays in product deliveries due to the manufacturing slowdown caused by the pandemic, creating cost savings. Even with other costs increasing, we were pleased to be able to help our customers in these tough times.”
