MyAccount Online no longer exists. If you used MyAccount Online, and would like to access its replacement, SmartHub, you will need to re-enroll with your email address and a password of your choosing. (Your MyAccount Online login and password will not work.) You now have a new account number, and will need it to sign up for SmartHub. (You’ll need your old customer and account numbers to get the new number.)
