We’ve had new reports of rip-off artists calling our customers and claiming the customers were going to be disconnected immediately unless payment is made by a debit or credit card. We do not call customers to ask for payment. Anyone who calls and says otherwise is lying.
We do not shut off customers’ electricity evenings, nights, or weekends due to non-payment. If you receive one of these calls, hang up immediately.
